Our attorney, Joe Goldhammer, is also a member of the MSU Denver affiliate faculty, teaching labor law in the School of Business. He knows a bit about labor law, having successfully restored tenure rights at MSU Denver in the landmark case Saxe v. Metropolitan State Board of Trustees.
